Intern

Responsibilities

• Lead new process development or optimize existing process projects independently.
• Troubleshoot and solve process issues based on the analysis of factual information.
• Provide technical support and ideas for production automation.
• Create and maintain documentation associated with assigned processes.
• Provide new process release and process change verification reports.
• Offer on-the-job training and support to new or junior team members.

Requirements

• BS in an engineering discipline (Major in optical-electronic, mechanical, automation, or similar).
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a process engineer.
• Ability to perform engineering analyses and drive to the root cause of processing problems.
• Basic computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Good written and oral English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Optical Transceivers and process engineering.
• Solid experience within the optical communication industry.
