Intern | Manufacturing People Partnering

Responsibilities

• Support absenteeism processes, including registration, administration, and leader follow-up
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives by preparing communications and implementing follow-up plans
• Coordinate the conversion of agency and temporary workers to direct contracts
• Advise and support managers on HR matters and performance improvement follow-ups
• Provide general HR administrative support to the manufacturing teams
• Collect, analyze, and report HR metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Currently studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluent in both Dutch and English
• Highly organized, communicative, and proactive with the ability to work independently
• Proficient in Excel (preferred)
• Ability to work onsite in Drachten for at least 32-40 hours per week
