Intern Learning Systems

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize learning infrastructure architecture, including LMS, SharePoint, and MS CoPilot
• Assist in piloting and rolling out innovative technologies such as VR/AR, Digital Coach, and AI-powered solutions
• Document and standardize processes for new learning platforms and tools
• Support project documentation, stakeholder communication, and progress tracking
• Coordinate between Academy teams, IT, and business stakeholders
• Research emerging learning technologies and best practices

Requirements

• Currently studying Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong interest in digital learning, learning experience design, or educational innovation
• Analytical thinking skills and a proactive, self-propelling mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Power BI
• Basic understanding of system integrations and digital workflows
• Knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, or adult education principles
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or educational platforms
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Dutch language skills
