Intern IT Tactical Purchasing

Responsibilities

• Support the IT Tactical Purchasing area by collecting and consolidating contract information
• Develop and maintain a database of contracts related to IT tactical purchasing
• Update and manage the contract list to ensure audit compliance
• Upload contracts into the CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) tool
• Request quotes and prepare SDS in accordance with Corporate Purchasing Policy
• Provide general administrative support to the IT Tactical Purchasing team

Requirements

• Active student in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields
• Availability to work onsite during morning shifts (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm)
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and conversational)
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook)
• Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn, organized, and responsible
