Intern, Innovation Management

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on emerging technologies, sustainability trends, and market dynamics within the filtration, automotive, and industrial sectors
• Assist in evaluating potential investment opportunities through market analysis, financial due diligence, and competitor assessments
• Support the creation of investment theses and financial models, including investment projections
• Identify innovative startups, technologies, and business models aligned with strategic goals
• Support the global communication of new processes, programs, and initiatives
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify cross-functional innovation opportunities
• Prepare presentation decks and reports for management and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree or Masters in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to analyze complex data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Interest in sustainability, emerging technologies, and investment strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with financial modeling or valuation methods
• Previous internship or academic project experience in finance, investment, or technology
• Passion for innovation and sustainability in a global context
