Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in preventive and predictive maintenance activities, including vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and lubrication checks
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues on production equipment
• Collect and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements
• Participate in root cause failure analysis (RCFA) sessions and document findings
• Help update and maintain maintenance records, work orders, and asset history in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement reliability improvement projects

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field
• Strong analytical skills and a curiosity for how industrial systems work
• Basic understanding of maintenance principles and industrial equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis tools
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
