About the Company

Gire Mobility is a transport platform in full development across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and the Netherlands. We help companies move cars smarter, faster, and more efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordination of transport tasks across Denmark
• Logistics and optimization of routes, capacity, and execution
• Analysis of operational data, performance, quality, and bottlenecks
• Improvement of internal processes, workflows, and oversight
• Support to the Operations team in daily operations
• Follow-up on delays, quality, and completed tasks
• Development of simple dashboards, reports, or structures to facilitate management
• Contributing ideas for automation, efficiency, and scaling the setup

Requirements

• Studying logistics, supply chain, operations management, business, data, innovation, or similar
• Availability of at least 25 hours per week
• Interest in logistics, optimization, and operations
• Ability to work structured and organized
• Proficiency with numbers, data, Excel, or Google Sheets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take responsibility
• Driver's license is a plus but not a requirement
