About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment processes from beginning to end, including setting up interviews and initiating onboardings
- Partner with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters to provide a high-quality recruitment experience
- Support internal partners in making effective long-term talent decisions
- Maintain and track all candidate data within the recruiting system
Requirements
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong MS Office skills and a keen eye for detail
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Adaptable and able to work effectively across different teams and functions
- Eagerness to work in a professional Human Resources environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in French is considered a significant asset
