About the Company

Gire Mobility is a transport platform in full development across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and the Netherlands. We are a small, hands-on team where there is a short distance from idea to action.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment of drivers, from job postings and screening to ensuring the right profile is ready
• Onboarding new drivers to ensure a professional start
• Follow-up on driver performance, quality, activity, and well-being
• Driver engagement to keep the best drivers motivated and active
• Structuring processes, guides, messages, and flows
• Collecting and using driver feedback to improve the setup
• Practical ad hoc tasks related to daily operations

Requirements

• Studying HR, psychology, business, communication, logistics, service management, or similar
• Availability of at least 25 hours per week
• Interest in working with people, structure, and operations
• Ability to thrive with responsibility and independent tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Driver's license is an advantage but not a requirement
