About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the operational implementation of training and development measures
- Manage event planning and participant coordination for seminars, workshops, and e-learning sessions
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation and employee invitations
- Handle all necessary preparation and follow-up tasks to ensure smooth training operations
- Assist in the creation and organizational rollout of HR and personnel development concepts
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student in Economics, Social Sciences, Pedagogy, Psychology, or a comparable field
- Strong service orientation and ability to work effectively within a team
- Highly structured and independent working style
- Proficiency in MS Office and a strong affinity for IT tools
