Intern Human Resources Development

Responsibilities

• Support the operational implementation of training and development measures
• Manage event planning and participant coordination for seminars, workshops, and e-learning sessions
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation and employee invitations
• Handle all necessary preparation and follow-up tasks to ensure smooth training operations
• Assist in the creation and organizational rollout of HR and personnel development concepts

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in Economics, Social Sciences, Pedagogy, Psychology, or a comparable field
• Strong service orientation and ability to work effectively within a team
• Highly structured and independent working style
• Proficiency in MS Office and a strong affinity for IT tools
