About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for internship positions across Henkel Ibérica
- Post vacancies, actively source candidates, and build talent pipelines for future opportunities
- Screen applications, identify suitable profiles, and conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate candidate shortlists and interviews with hiring managers and external partners
- Support the full intern journey, including university agreements, contracting, pre-boarding, and onboarding
- Contribute to improving internship talent attraction strategies and engagement with students
- Participate in HR projects, career fairs, and local HR initiatives
Requirements
- Ability to start in September 2026
- Available for a 12-month, full-time internship (8 hours a day)
- Degree in HR, Labor Relations, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Previous experience in an HR department or internship is a plus
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proactive attitude with strong time management and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in Barcelona (Poblenou)
