Intern - HR

Responsibilities

• Design, organize, and implement activities to drive inclusivity and engagement at Asia House, such as National Day, World Mental Health Day, and the annual Year End Party
• Support the implementation of SEAT-wide talent and capability initiatives
• Design and execute intern engagement and employer branding initiatives
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Workplace Services, and culture leads to deliver impactful talent and culture projects

Requirements

• Currently an undergraduate student in Psychology, Business, or a related discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in design or editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or video editing software
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Ability to work effectively within culturally diverse teams
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and solve problems

Preferred Qualifications

• An eye for design and experience in layout, photo, or video editing
• Strong attention to detail and a drive for performance
