Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports filed with the SEC
• Ensure externally published financial information is accurate and in compliance with IFRS and SEC regulations
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, Legal, Controlling, Treasury, and Investor Relations to gather critical data
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements using AI and technology to automate reporting
• Assist with ad-hoc analysis, cross-functional projects, monthly consolidation tasks, and technical accounting memos

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounting (IFRS is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Right to work in EU / Switzerland
