About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare KPIs related to Incidents, Requests, Changes, Problems, and Major Incidents across all technology projects
- Coordinate with Service Delivery Managers to analyze discrepancies in KPI trends
- Compile SLA Violation KPIs and provide justifications for trend deviations
- Manage the Service Catalog and ensure updates are accurately reflected in the JIRA ticketing tool
- Prepare monthly presentations based on established KPIs and detailed analysis
- Support Problem Management by documenting major incidents and ensuring the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle is executed
- Address first-level escalations regarding deliverable performance
- Identify opportunities to automate routine tasks
Requirements
- Knowledge of KPI preparation and analysis
- Experience or familiarity with Service Catalog management
- Proficiency with JIRA ticketing tools
- Understanding of Problem Management processes
- Familiarity with the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle
