Intern, General Engineering

Responsibilities

• Support the Molding Production department through various process-related activities
• Lead a continuous improvement project assigned by the Department Head
• Implement efficient and safe production methods for production personnel
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within production processes
• Develop strategies based on production indicators and metrics
• Implement effective preventive and corrective actions
• Participate in 5W board meetings and discussions
• Negotiate and collaborate with Cross-Functional Team (CFT) members, including Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an Engineering degree (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering focus)
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum 60%)
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to use basic statistical tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
