Intern - Fund Administration and Oversight

Responsibilities

• Follow up on breaks in regulatory reporting processes and review control reports for accuracy
• Oversee Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and ensure timeliness
• Assist with tax-related tasks, fund audits, and client reporting
• Support the development, update, and monitoring of internal policies and procedures
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using tools like Power Automate and Power BI

Requirements

• Enrolled student for the full 6-month internship duration
• Currently in 3rd–5th year of studies in Finance, Accounting, Markets, or IT
• Proficient in Windows and Excel environments
• Ability to work 25–30 hours weekly
• Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with analytics and automation tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, or Power Automate
• Ability to create clear and summarized professional presentations
