Intern - Founder's Office

Responsibilities

• Support research, analysis, and execution for strategic projects across business, operations, and technology functions
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to evaluate new business opportunities and expansion initiatives
• Prepare business reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership review
• Gather and analyze business data to support decision-making and project evaluations
• Research emerging technologies, AI applications, and automation solutions relevant to logistics
• Support customer journey mapping and identify operational inefficiencies to propose tech-driven solutions
• Develop wireframes, process flows, and visual mockups to communicate improvement ideas
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track project milestones and deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech)
• Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Figma, process mapping tools, or data visualization platforms
• Exposure to financial modeling and business analysis
• Experience with workflow automation and process optimization tools
