Intern - Finance

Responsibilities

• Provide support for monthly forecasts (CMF), Annual Business Planning (ABP), and ad-hoc financial tasks
• Prepare monthly Sales, CoGs, A&P, OPEX, and Cash Flow forecasts
• Create, update, and maintain financial models to provide detailed monthly and quarterly market forecasts
• Perform variance analysis to explain differences in financial performance
• Support Record to Report transaction processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Perform analytical reviews of profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cost centers
• Execute internal controls in accordance with the Haleon Internal Control Framework
• Review monthly balance sheet schedules and liaise with stakeholders regarding reconciliations

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
• Basic understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis, and basic financial modeling)
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial systems or ERP tools such as SAP or BISON
