Intern Finance

Responsibilities

• Support the Accounts Payable team with timely and accurate processing and posting of incoming invoices
• Ensure proper coding, approvals, and compliance with internal policies within the purchase-to-pay process
• Work closely with the global AP team to gain exposure to international processes and tools
• Analyze invoice processing flows to identify bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like procurement, IT, and local finance to resolve data inconsistencies
• Contribute to automation and digitalization initiatives by supporting the testing of new tools
• Assist the Accounting team with ad-hoc analyses and reporting

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Detail-oriented and focused mindset with a structured and accurate approach
• Hands-on ability to ensure execution meets practical expectations
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as a team player

Preferred Qualifications

• Business fluent Dutch or German language skills
