Intern Event Project Management

Responsibilities

• Support the entire event management process for the ABOUT YOU Fashion Show, from initial concept to on-site implementation
• Gain behind-the-scenes insights into large-scale fashion and entertainment productions
• Act as a liaison between various internal teams and external partners or service providers
• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of events, including schedules, timings, and operational processes
• Support Guest Management, including invitation processes, guest list management, and coordination with VIPs and creators
• Support Partner Management by assisting in brand activations and partner integrations

Requirements

• Currently studying Business, Communication, Event Management, or a comparable field
• Ideally, initial practical experience in event, project, or production management
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, proactive way of working
• High level of stress resistance, flexibility, and a hands-on mentality
• Excellent communication skills and a confident professional presence
• Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
• Passion for fashion, events, pop culture, and creative productions
