Intern - Engineering (Applications)

Responsibilities

• Support customer design-in activities, including answering technical questions, performing schematic and layout reviews, and assisting with customer board debug
• Develop technical collateral such as product datasheets, reference designs, user guides, and application notes
• Perform bench characterization for new products
• Create go-to-market technical materials, including evaluation boards, reference design schematics, and design tools
• Work cross-functionally with product marketing, product management, and chip design teams
• Assist in collecting product and application requirements by communicating with customers and internal teams

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or Electrical and Computer Engineering
• Academic experience in power electronics is preferred
• Familiarity with discrete semiconductor characteristics and operations (MOSFET, BJT, diodes)
• Lab experience using digital oscilloscopes, function generators, curve tracers, and network analyzers
• Experience with schematic capture, circuit simulation, and PCB layout tools
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills
