About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the experience design team through presentations, desk research, and journey mapping
- Conduct survey analysis including feedback and segmentation
- Perform process analysis and behavioral research
- Drive your own agenda by managing pro-bono cases in assigned industries
- Execute full customer experience design using provided toolkits
- Produce final reports, presentations, and articles
Requirements
- Incredible sense of empathy
- Ability to think both creatively and analytically
- Highly organized and focused mindset
- Relevant degree in CX, UX, Service Design, Marketing, or Psychology
- A drive to achieve outstanding results
