About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the experience design team through presentations, desk research, and journey mapping
  • Conduct survey analysis including feedback and segmentation
  • Perform process analysis and behavioral research
  • Drive your own agenda by managing pro-bono cases in assigned industries
  • Execute full customer experience design using provided toolkits
  • Produce final reports, presentations, and articles
