About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop digital tools to automate and manage budget communication for the Quality Customer Service Area
  • Lead project development and coordinate with supporting departments to ensure successful implementation
  • Dedicate 75% of time to special project development and 25% to supporting area tasks
  • Support the follow-up of component and part returns and shipments to customers
  • Interface with internal departments and external partners, including Technical Representatives and sorting suppliers

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Proficiency in English (spoken)
  • Programming skills and basic knowledge of Quality topics
  • Knowledge of CATIA and SAP BW is highly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, technical ability, and a results-oriented sense of urgency
