About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop digital tools to automate and manage budget communication for the Quality Customer Service Area
- Lead project development and coordinate with supporting departments to ensure successful implementation
- Dedicate 75% of time to special project development and 25% to supporting area tasks
- Support the follow-up of component and part returns and shipments to customers
- Interface with internal departments and external partners, including Technical Representatives and sorting suppliers
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Engineering
- Proficiency in English (spoken)
- Programming skills and basic knowledge of Quality topics
- Knowledge of CATIA and SAP BW is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, technical ability, and a results-oriented sense of urgency
