Intern Customer Engagement Projects

Responsibilities

• Assist with inter-departmental communication and documentation to prepare business processes
• Support communication with related departments regarding CEC touch points
• Follow up on departmental updates regarding changes and developments in business processes
• Conduct market research for project preparation, such as comparing messaging applications
• Assist in the 3rd party implementation process through documentation and report follow-up
• Perform SWOT analyses and create RACI charts and flow charts
• Prepare and control project documentation, administration, and unit archive folders (SharePoint)
• Support general documentation for upcoming tenders and general document follow-up

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Economics, Telecom, or a similar field
• 0-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in CRM, call centers, or business development
• Knowledge of software, business, or services development projects
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Excellent analytical, numeric, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily activities self-sufficiently
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German or other European languages is a plus
