Intern, Customer and Product Delivery

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Product and Technology business functions
• Produce presentation materials, analytics, and reports for customer or internal communications
• Support team functions related to ensuring customer compliance with Mastercard standards
• Perform project management duties, including creating processes, developing timelines, and managing compliance cases
• Interface with internal and external customers to communicate program rules, procedures, and best practices
• Research problem requests and respond to inquiries regarding products and tools
• Analyze data from technology account management projects and report on performance metrics

Requirements

• Currently studying for a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between June 2027 and December 2027
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
• Experience with Tableau, Domo, or comparable business intelligence tools
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project management abilities
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Full legal working rights in Australia (Permanent Residents or Citizens of Australia/New Zealand)
• Ability to commit to the full internship period from November 30, 2026, to January 29, 2027
