About the Company

Adaptyv is building an automated lab that lets AI agents run biology experiments. We are building the infrastructure that gives AI agents access to the physical world, powering a deep software and hardware stack to accelerate AI-driven wet lab experimentation.

Responsibilities

Depending on your strengths, you may work on:

• Software / ML: internal tools, data pipelines, automation scripts, model evaluation, and agents.
• Lab automation: instrument integration, debugging work cells, and building hardware glue.
• Biology: hands-on lab work, supporting and improving production workflows.
• Operations / logistics: untangling supplier, inventory, or process bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate (early-career builder)
• Proven track record of building projects, repos, papers, or side businesses
• Ability to work independently on unfamiliar problems
• Fast learner with a generalist mindset
• AI-native approach to building and coding
• High energy and high agency
