Intern, Corporate Strategy

Responsibilities

• Support the ongoing development, maintenance, and expansion of an AI-powered chatbot
• Perform prompt engineering, data validation, and SQL-based analysis
• Maintain the chatbot experience by improving response quality and relevance
• Support the integration of additional data assets and learning capabilities into the AI tool
• Identify new use cases and expand data coverage to enhance business question accuracy
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, Analytics, and other business departments

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university
• US Work Authorization required
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application
• Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week)
• English fluency
• Must submit an unofficial college transcript with your application

Preferred Qualifications

• Field of study in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Strategy, or Process Management
• Knowledge of Corporate Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Artificial Intelligence
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis
• Experience with prompt engineering, KPI reporting, and forecasting
• Knowledge of BMW systems and internal data assets
