Intern, Control Tower & Service Delivery

Responsibilities

• Ensure service delivery of operational commitments and development plans for high-profile Control Tower customers across the APAC region
• Monitor daily production and process performance to ensure timely and quality delivery of assignments
• Support customer-level allocation and pre-planning activities to facilitate smooth end-to-end export processes
• Review operational data to support analysis of service quality, profitability, and opportunities for improvement
• Build and maintain operational dashboards using Excel or BI tools to track key performance metrics
• Collect and report operational and system pain points to drive continuous improvement in product systems and processes
• Maintain and improve account documentation, including SOPs, vendor manuals, and routing guides
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive measures

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree
