- Support the Diabetes and Infusion Competence Center through the implementation of AI solutions to drive efficiency
- Manage and process after-sales service (SAV) declarations
- Improve task management and allocation processes within the department
- Collaborate with the Competence Center Manager and Service Managers on strategic improvements
