Intern

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed research on commercial real estate including availability, ownership, zoning, and transaction information
• Assist with survey calling to obtain accurate vacancy and availability data
• Manage database updates for property, company, and contact information
• Create and format proposals, presentations, correspondence, and RFPs using MS Office
• Participate in real estate transactions and take on stretch assignments as proficiency grows

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Demonstrated interest in Real Estate or Urban Planning
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, specifically MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
• Ability to provide high-quality customer service to internal and external partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a real estate or professional services environment
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign
• An active real estate license is a plus
