About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the central management and coordination of cross-functional corporate projects within the European sales organization
  • Contribute to key strategic initiatives and ESG strategy topics, focusing on evolving EU regulations
  • Act as a key interface between the CEO Office, top management, internal departments, and affiliated companies
  • Prepare and coordinate top management meetings, including agenda setting, content preparation, and follow-up actions
  • Develop high-quality decision papers, briefings, and meeting minutes to support executive decision-making
  • Create and refine executive-level communication materials, including presentations, speeches, and interview content
  • Coordinate operational and organizational topics such as company events and facility management

Requirements

  • Currently studying Business Administration, Engineering, International Management, Media/Communication Sciences, or a comparable field
  • Availability for a minimum of 6 months starting in mid-July 2026
  • Mandatory prior internship experience, ideally in the automotive industry or management consulting
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, and a proactive working style
  • General understanding of the automotive industry and a strong interest in future mobility
  • Class B driving licence is preferred
