About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to support client engagements
- Support senior team members in executing debt financing transactions including acquisition financing, refinancing, and recapitalization
- Prepare marketing documents and pitches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe and local M&A teams
- Attend client meetings and participate in discussions
- Interact with senior bankers and clients’ senior executives
- Lead or implement initiatives focused on growing the firm’s franchise value
Requirements
- Strong interest in investment banking
- Fluency in accounting and finance with strong business acumen
- Excellent analytical, communication, and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Assertive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in teams with a good sense of humor
- Master’s degree with excellent academic credentials
- Native-level Italian and fluency in English (mandatory)
- Expected graduation in 2026 or 2027 from a top-tier Master’s in Finance or Accounting
