Intern, Campus Recruitment

Responsibilities

• Support campus recruitment activities for internships, graduate roles, and entry-level opportunities
• Assist in identifying and engaging student talent through universities, career fairs, and campus events
• Support the planning and execution of recruitment initiatives, including information sessions and virtual hiring events
• Coordinate candidate communication, interview scheduling, and follow-ups throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment data to ensure accuracy
• Assist in screening applications and conducting initial candidate pre-qualification
• Support employer branding activities, including social media content and university partnerships
• Help build and maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and career centers

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Campus Recruitment, and Employer Branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and internal stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proactive, curious, and hands-on mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and LinkedIn
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
