Intern Business Transformation Consulting Financial Services

Responsibilities

• Support national and international financial service providers within multidisciplinary consulting projects
• Assist financial institutions with agile transformation and the digitalization of their organizational structures
• Support projects through change management and communication efforts to ensure sustainable success
• Advise InsurTech companies on expanding existing business fields and developing new ones
• Provide functional advice to clients regarding the analysis and implementation of legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Successfully completed undergraduate studies
• Initial experience (internship, working student role, or vocational training) in the financial services sector or consulting
• Proficiency in MS Office and current digital collaboration and organization tools
• Strong presentation and communication skills in German (B2 level) and English (B2 level)
• An agile, curious, and team-oriented mindset
