Intern, BMW Motorrad Aftersales Business Development

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in BMW Motorrad Aftersales, including eCommerce, parts, accessories, and lifestyle apparel
• Collaborate with the Retail Process Development & eCommerce team to manage product content and support digital retail initiatives
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product catalogs for riding gear and accessories
• Partner with Parts Logistics and Materials Management to support dealer programs and promotional campaigns
• Engage with BMW Motorrad dealers to resolve inquiries and support daily Aftersales business operations
• Analyze business performance data and develop reports to identify opportunities for improved dealer satisfaction and profitability
• Participate in real-world projects addressing market trends and strategic business opportunities

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university
• US Work Authorization required
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Completed at least 60 college credit hours at the time of application
• Ability to work part-time (29 hours/week)
• Must submit an unofficial college transcript with application
• Business fluent English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Preferred Qualifications

• Field of study in Business or Marketing
• Interest in or knowledge of motorcycles
• Knowledge of graphic-related software
