Intern - BestDrive Recruiting

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities from requisition approval through pre-employment completion
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and career fairs
• Review resumes and provide qualified candidate slates to Hiring Managers
• Coordinate candidate communications and schedule phone, virtual, and onsite interviews
• Manage interview logistics, calendars, and track feedback from Hiring Managers
• Assist with drafting offer letters and distributing onboarding documentation
• Monitor background screenings, employment verifications, and drug testing requirements
• Maintain accurate candidate records and data integrity within SmartRecruiters
• Support employer branding activities and recruiting events

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited U.S. bachelor's degree program (Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field)
• Minimum GPA of 2.8
• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week during standard business hours
• Availability to work onsite three (3) days per week
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Junior or higher class standing
• Previous internship experience in Recruiting, HR, or Administrative Support
• Experience with SmartRecruiters or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn or other talent platforms
• Ability to work 30+ hours per week
