Intern AWACS Retrofit

Responsibilities

• Assist in the conceptualization of a new department and the definition and implementation of new processes
• Take over the coordination and management of regular meetings and prepare protocols
• Support the Occupational Health and Safety department and assist in audit preparations
• Organize team events and workshops
• Coordinate employee qualification processes
• Provide general support for day-to-day operational management

Requirements

• Enrolled full-time student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel
• Good command of both German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take on responsibility and learn new processes
