About the role
Responsibilities
- Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval products and services
- Investigate and identify specific parts or products required by customers
- Create and actively follow up on transactional quotes
- Proactively identify upselling opportunities to drive value
- Follow up on quotes to ensure proposed solutions match customer needs
- Utilize CRM and other digital tools consistently to support the sales process and decision-making
Requirements
- National Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Structured approach to managing multiple overlapping assignments
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain a holistic view

- Degree in Business Administration, specifically in Sales or Marketing
