Intermediate Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver features and systems end to end
• Make smart architectural calls and implement code
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to ship high-impact features
• Participate in code reviews and design conversations
• Contribute to system reliability and performance, including on-call rotations
• Develop deep domain knowledge by visiting farms

Requirements

• Experience designing and delivering complex systems in production
• Product-focused mindset with a focus on customer experience
• Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance engineering output
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Experience supporting and collaborating with other engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Frontend/Mobile: React, React Native, and strong UX intuition
• Backend: Node.js, Kotlin, Go, REST APIs, and distributed systems
• Platform: AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, and observability tools
• Degree in software engineering or equivalent
