Intermediate Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Study existing PL SQL code and write new code to meet change specifications
• Design, debug, and oversee C++, PL SQL, C#, JavaScript, and JSON code
• Develop application interfaces for data synchronization and integrity
• Write custom and ad-hoc reports to satisfy client specifications
• Support the design, development, integration, and maintenance of custom and COTS applications

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Programmer/Software Developer
• Minimum 2 years of experience developing HRMS software applications (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) within the last 4 years
• Post-secondary education (College/CEGEP diploma or University degree)
• Minimum 2 years of experience coding in C++ using MS Visual Studio and SQL within the last 3 years
• Minimum 1 year of experience coding in Oracle PL SQL using SQL Navigator or TOAD within the last 4 years
• Minimum 2 years of experience with 2-tiered Oracle broker technology within the last 5 years
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Agile development environment within the last 5 years
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret (Level II) Canadian Federal Government Security clearance
• Ability to work onsite in the Ottawa area 5 days a week
