Intermediate RPA Software Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain RPA automations using UiPath and PowerAutomate
• Identify and implement opportunities to augment RPA with LLMs for tasks like summarization, classification, and reasoning
• Build agentic workflows and tool-using AI agents that can plan steps and call internal APIs
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and document processes (PDD/SDD)
• Create resilient automations with strong exception handling, logging, monitoring, and auditability
• Integrate automations with enterprise systems including web apps, CRM, email, APIs, and databases
• Support testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting through root-cause analysis

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing RPA solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• UiPath and Power Automate certifications
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts such as selectors, queues, orchestration, and credential vaults
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Programming experience in Python, C#, VB.NET, or JavaScript

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building or integrating agentic AI frameworks
• Familiarity with LLMs and generative AI concepts (Prompting, RAG, Tool/function calling)
• Experience integrating with LLM providers like OpenAI or AWS Bedrock
• Experience with document automation and unstructured data processing
