Intermediate Engineer

Responsibilities

• Review engineering work scope, schedules, and budgets for assigned project elements
• Identify and document changes in project scope
• Assist in determining procurement work scope, schedules, and budgets
• Perform bid analysis to determine supplier availability and capability
• Coordinate with technical support groups and third-party entities
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, directing, and controlling technical and fiscal functions
• Ensure client criteria and project scope are met
• Participate in decision-making meetings with clients, design consultants, and contractors
• Monitor compliance with applicable codes, QA/QC policies, and performance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 3+ years of related work experience, including proven experience as a Project Engineer
• Saudi National
• Proficiency in CAD and other engineering-related PC software
• Proficiency in design software and performing/reviewing engineering calculations
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Experience reviewing third-party designs and coordinating approval comments
• Strong project management, supervision, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO)
