About the role
Responsibilities
- Process interior selection sheets and change orders following spec home collections
- Process Model Home change orders and maintain the Selections matrix
- Maintain Selections Department samples including carpet, tile, and wood
- Assist with the Model Home selections process and maintain Division Upgrade Lists
- Prepare materials for presentations, trainings, and special projects
- Maintain communication with construction and sales departments
- Assist the VP of Product Development and Manager with product accounts
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant administrative or customer service experience
- Current, valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
- Proficiency in MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
