Interior Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand needs, preferences, and budget constraints
• Develop comprehensive design concepts and present them using visual aids
• Create detailed plans, layouts, color schemes, and material selections
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers for accurate execution
• Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Source furniture, fixtures, and materials aligned with design vision
• Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and address implementation issues
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in interior design
• Proficiency in 3D MAX, Revit, and AutoCAD
• Strong experience in shop drawings
• Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse interior design projects
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Lebanon
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic
• Excellent spatial awareness and organizational skills
