Interior Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop and present interior design concepts that align with client vision, balancing functionality and aesthetics.
• Perform space planning and develop optimized layouts to ensure efficient flow and user comfort.
• Prepare detailed construction documentation, drawings, and specifications in compliance with local building codes.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures, with a focus on durability and luxury requirements.
• Coordinate closely with clients, architects, joinery draughtsmen, and project teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Oversee the design process from inception to completion, managing timelines and project schedules.
• Incorporate local architectural styles and cultural elements into designs, particularly for Middle East projects.
• Implement sustainable design practices and stay updated on emerging industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience specifically in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of joinery, materials, and high-end finishes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
