About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of premium hospitality and event environments for the Australian Open and Summer of Tennis portfolio
- Contribute to the creative development of restaurants, lounges, bars, partner activations, and corporate hospitality spaces
- Develop engaging design concepts and visual assets, including mood boards, presentations, floorplans, spatial plans, and 2D/3D renders
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, suppliers, and contractors to bring concepts to life through to onsite delivery
- Provide onsite support during event build, operations, and pack-down, ensuring high standards in a fast-paced live event environment
- Research emerging hospitality and experiential design trends to enhance the premium customer experience
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering interior, hospitality, experiential, or event design projects from concept to implementation
- Advanced Revit skills with strong capability in design documentation, spatial planning, and 3D visualisation
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience working on temporary event environments, hospitality spaces, or experiential activations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Flexibility regarding working hours and arrangements related to event schedules
