About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and execute high-end interior concepts for Sealy retail showrooms across the GCC
- Develop precise 2D/3D layouts, structural floor plans, and electrical/lighting partition plans
- Design sleep zones, custom point-of-sale bedding fixtures, and localized window displays
- Research, select, and procure premium materials, custom cabinetry, and textiles
- Collaborate with regional furniture production factories and contractor teams
- Oversee complete project lifecycles from preliminary sketches to final installation inspection
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related creative field
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in premium furniture retail or luxury showroom design
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of joinery, custom cabinetry, spatial ergonomics, and lighting
- Professional proficiency in English; Arabic fluency is highly advantageous
- A portfolio demonstrating high-end retail fit-outs or commercial layout designs
