Interior Designer

Responsibilities

• Create relevant, functional, and aesthetic home furnishing solutions in room settings, vignettes, and sales support areas
• Contribute to a Showroom matrix reflecting various styles, living situations, and price levels
• Develop and implement store communication strategies based on local shopping behavior
• Collaborate with the Comm&In team to identify commercial opportunities and retail design trends
• Ensure high quality and cost-consciousness in planning range presentation solutions using IKEA best practices

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience in the home furnishing industry preferred
• Knowledge of home furnishing and retailing trends in the Philippines
• Familiarity with range presentation and display techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, hands-on approach with keen attention to detail
