Interior Designer II

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Interior Designer and Project Manager with project execution across all phases
• Develop design through planning and three-dimensional studies
• Document interior spaces including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, and elevations
• Support furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) selection and specification
• Research and apply building and life safety codes
• Prepare renderings and presentation materials
• Participate in construction administration, site visits, and punch lists
• Mentor less experienced interior design staff

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a relevant field
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience
• Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong creative design portfolio
• Ability to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Current NCIDQ certification
