Interior Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver refined, on-brand interior concepts and layouts for high-end residential projects
• Lead client meetings to understand vision, briefs, and design objectives
• Prepare detailed design presentations including mood boards, sketches, 2D/3D drawings, renders, and sample boards
• Oversee FF&E selection, procurement, and specification
• Manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality execution
• Supervise site progress and report project status to the Head of Design and General Manager
• Lead and mentor the internal design team, including 3D visualizers and interns

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE with a strong luxury residential portfolio
• Proven project experience in Dubai and a solid supplier/vendor network
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong design, conceptualization, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
